How to brew it?
If you brew the mini cake in a mug, please break the tea cakes into 2 pieces. Brew 1/2 tea cake with boiling water in the mug.
If you brew the mini cake in 100 ml Gai Wan with Gong Fu Brewing, you can infuse it more than 8 times with boiling water.
If you like cold brew, please brew with cold water for more than 6 hours or ice brew overnight.
