GABA is a short way of the γ-Aminobutyric acid. This raw puerh product carries GABA ≥150mg. We call γ-Aminobutyric acid as a relaxing and calming acid. GABA is a chemical that is made in the brain and is also found in some foods. In the brain, GABA has anti-seizure and anti-anxiety effects.
 
This tea was produced with Yunnan Da Ye Zhong in 2021. The flavor and texture of this tea are so fresh and with beans flavor. It tastes like spring. How to brew it?
If you brew the mini cake in a mug, please break the tea cakes into 2 pieces. Brew 1/2 tea cake with boiling water in the mug.
If you brew the mini cake in 100 ml Gai Wan with Gong Fu Brewing, you can infuse it more than 10 times with boiling water.
