About the event
We will start a Tea Mindfulness at the beginning. Please be on time or arrive early to settle your minds. And we will learn practical techniques for tapping into higher consciousness.
This workshop is a beginner-to-intermediate experience for humans seeking to deepen their meditation practice and sustain a state of higher consciousness.
Meditation is a tool for realigning with source energy, and this class will guide humans through the A–Z of building a consistent daily practice.
